Villa Clevelander occupies 2.24 acres of land with 160 feet of beachfront. This villa was recently finished in late 2018. Its remarkable design is the product of a meticulous and thorough process. The property skillfully combines sophisticated and modern design with functionality and coziness. It has a welcoming two-story layout.
Villa Clevelander's key features include a spacious open plan kitchen dining area overlooking pool, terrace and ocean.
There is a well appointed chef’s kitchen including Wolf Range. For guest comfort there is more than 7,900 sq. ft. space including the uncovered terraces.
Outdoors is the private pool with has a generous shallow area for younger children. There is a “Rose” bench for in-water lounging and taking in the views. For further guest enjoyment the villa has a fire pit, gym, hot tub, tennis court and yoga deck. There is also a back-up generator,

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $90.00/day (ninety US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
