Frankfort Villa – Luxury Beachfront Villa in Jamaica

Frankfort Villa is a historic gem on Jamaica’s north coast. Set on the exclusive Prospect Plantation Estate, it combines timeless charm with modern comfort. This six-bedroom home sits on a private 300-foot beach just outside Ocho Rios.

It’s one of the most unique villa rentals in Jamaica—ideal for family getaways, small groups, and those who want space and privacy.

Jamaica Villas with Historic Style and Ocean Views

Originally a 17th-century fortress, Frankfort has been beautifully restored. The main house was once a sugar wharf in the 1700s. Today, it offers a bright and open living space with high ceilings, ocean views, and island-inspired décor.

French doors open to a long veranda overlooking the beach. Inside, the living room has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and stereo. The home blends classic Caribbean style with all the features of modern Jamaica holiday villas.

Spacious Bedrooms and Private Cottage

Upstairs in the main house are three air-conditioned bedrooms. Each one includes its own bathroom, TV, and sitting area. The master suite also features a dressing room and large plasma screen.

Just steps from the beach is a charming one-bedroom cottage. This private space includes a cozy living room and upstairs bedroom and bath. It’s ideal for guests seeking a bit of privacy.

With this layout, Frankfort offers one of the most flexible Jamaica family villa rentals.

Private Villa Rentals in Jamaica with Full Staff

Frankfort comes with a full professional team. Guests enjoy service from two butlers, two housekeepers, a private cook, and a gardener. There is overnight security for added peace of mind.

As part of Prospect Estate, guests can also enjoy tennis, horseback riding, and nature tours. The on-site staff is always happy to assist.

This level of service places Frankfort among the top private villa rentals in Jamaica.

This villa offers fun for all ages. Soak in the eight-person hot tub, explore the water with ocean kayaks, or relax in the garden with the sea breeze nearby. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, iPod docks, and BOSE sound systems.

There is even an intercom and phone system throughout the house, offering both comfort and convenience.
