Villa Nautica is the perfect beachfront villa for families and friends looking for a blissfully relaxing holiday on the beautiful Mexican coast. Villa Nautica is one of the few exclusive 4 bedroom private villas located on the sandy Fatima Bay beach. It is just a few minutes to the lovely Puerto Aventuras marina. Here there is an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, boutiques and delicatessens. There are also sports such as tennis and golf.
The property features a rooftop palapa with double chaise lounge and wet bar with seating. It is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the views. Nautica also offers an amazing multi-level beachside swimming pool with deck area and kayaks for you to use.
The ground floor of Nautica encompasses the huge open plan living and dining area. This leads to the outdoor covered terrace, deck and beach area. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a grill area on the terrace.
Nautica has 4 fabulous bedrooms. The huge master suite located on the ground floor has a large en-suite bathroom. This ie equipped with double vanity, double shower and walk in closet. You can walk out to the Jacuzzi and deck area. A further 3 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets are located on the upper floor.
The upper floor also has a large media area with huge flat screen TV with satellite. There are comfy sofas for you to relax. Sit back and watch movies or just enjoy the amazing ocean views. The ocean views stretch horizontally across the entire length of the living room. From here stairs lead to the amazing roof deck with palapa.
The villa Nautica staff are wonderful. They include housekeeping, concierge service and a Mexican cook providing breakfast and lunch daily (dinners at an extra charge).
