Coconut Walk is a stunning, gated 7-bedroom estate on Grand Cayman's renowned Seven Mile Beach. This home offers 8,400 sq ft of indoor space plus 3,000 sq ft of outdoor living. This two-story villa features a private pool and beachfront access. There is watersports equipment and personalized guest services.
The pool area is elevated and private, with a spacious lanai and seating for 14-18 guests under the cabana. Double-chaise loungers, dining tables and hammocks surround the pool. There are shaded palm areas and a rope-fenced beach for added privacy. There’s even a charming children’s treehouse on-site.
Main Floor Layout:
- Vaulted great room with sliding doors to the pool and beach.
- North Wing: gourmet chef's kitchen, formal dining room, children’s media room, and adult media den.
- South Wing: music room with grand piano, game room with pool table, foosball, wet bar, full bath, and garden bedroom.
Second Floor Layout:
- Catwalk with ocean views, grand salon below, and separate stairs to the north and south suites. This is ideal for families or groups.
