Within the superb collection of privately owned villas at Sugar Hill, is the 6 bedroom Half Century House, located in a beautiful position with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
Built of coral stone with interiors tastefully furnished and decorated in neutral times with an air of simple refinement and a Caribbean twist, Half Century House offers luxury villa living at its best. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the Master suite and 2 other guest bedrooms. The Master bedroom features its own private terrace with magnificent views over the pool, gardens and the sea beyond. There are a further 3 bedrooms in the gorgeous cottage in the grounds, close to the house.
The living areas at Half Century House, Sugar Hill are spacious and inviting, with a superb terrace overlooking the pool for outdoor relaxation and al fresco lunches. The ground floor comprises a modern, well equipped kitchen, powder room and a sunken living room opening out to a generous covered terrace which flows onto the pool deck. From here, balustraded coral stone steps lead down into the beautifully maintained tropical garden.
Guests at Half Century House Sugar Hill have access to the beach club at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where sunloungers and bar service are available. In addition, guests have access to the Royal Westmoreland world class championship Golf course which is a few minutes’ drive away. Green Fees are available on request.
