Schooner Bay 305 is an immaculate five bedroom penthouse apartment. It is located at the exclusive beachfront community of Schooner Bay. This is in the parish of St Peter.
Schooner Bay 305 is laid out on three levels (second, third floors and roof top of 880 sq ft). The floor space is about 5,711 sq. ft.
There are expansive views of the pool, beach and ocean beyond from all levels. This is a unique luxury residence.

Speightstown is an historic town where you can find good shopping, banks, and street vendors offering local produce. There are many excellent dinging options in this charmingly unspoiled little town. These include beach bars as well as restaurants;
Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area and is located just a short 15-minute drive. This is the hub of the west coast. Here you will find supermarkets, duty free shopping, cinemas and a medical centre.
