Set within lush tropical gardens, Hemingway House includes a lagoon pool with a stunning rock waterfall covered in bougainvillea. The oceanfront gazebo, complete with a marble dining table, is perfect for dining al fresco. A unique outdoor candelabra, a gift from the architect, hangs from a shady tree, adding to the tranquil garden setting.

Spacious, Open Interiors

The ground floor offers an inviting indoor/outdoor living and dining space opening onto a wraparound terrace with panoramic ocean views. The garden room bedroom overlooks the pool and includes a marble en-suite and private terrace. Alfresco dining on the ocean-facing terrace is beautifully furnished with colourful Kilim pieces and bespoke iron gates that open fully to blend indoor and outdoor spaces.

State-of-the-Art Kitchen & Bar

The villa’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with professional Wolf appliances, Miele ovens, a Subzero fridge, ice makers, and a walk-in pantry. Adjacent is a well-stocked bar with dual wine coolers and a butler’s sink. Laundry facilities and discreet staff quarters are also available.

Luxurious Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The entire upper floor is dedicated to three spacious bedrooms:

  • Master Suite: Featuring hardwood floors, a large bedroom with ocean views, a walk-in dressing room, a private study, and a wraparound balcony with sea, bay, and pool vistas. The marble en-suite bathroom boasts a centerpiece bath, double vanities, seating, and a large shower with jets.

  • Second Bedroom: Includes a walk-in dressing room, balcony with bay and garden views, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double vanities.

  • Third Bedroom: Opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden, with an en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities and walk-in shower. The bed can be set as a king or twins.

  • Fourth Bedroom: A cozy queen bedroom offering additional space and privacy.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Sonos sound system.
