Rates are subject to 13% tax and 10% service charge . 5, 6 & 7 Bedroom rates are based on a maximum of two guests per bedroom & 'Classic' rates which includes: Meet-and-greet at port of entry on Anguilla, Concerge, Welcome refreshments, wifi & Netflix access, Villa pre-stocking service, twice daily housekeeping, Personal laundry, Watersports & beach service, Golf carts & UTV. 8 & 9 Bedroom rates are based on 'Heavenly' rates which include the additional services: Daily cooked breakfast, Personal chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner, select house bar and Ground transfers from port of entry on Anguilla - Call or message for additional cost. All rates are subject to 13% Government tax and 10% Service charge. Cost of food is additional and a 15% service charge will apply. A 10% service charge applies to all outside services. Minimum length of stay and size of villa booking requirements may vary over peak periods. Rates, tax and service charges are subject to change without notice
