We love this villa because...
it is in a wonderful location close to Mullins Bay beach.
Mullins Bay 5 “Mullinover” is a spacious 3 bedroom villa. It is located within the Mullins Bay community and across the road from the beach.
The interior layout is a typically Bajan. It is open plan offering a comfortable seating in the living area, There is also dining space for up to 8 people.
The living area flows out to the generous, wrap around patio. There is also a private pool and pool deck.
For additional guest enjoyment there is a poolside Jacuzzi along with sun loungers. There are shaded areas where you can relax with your favourite cocktail. In the evening prepare something on the BBQ and dine in the gazebo under the Caribbean sky.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a powder room.
Mullins 5 has two master bedrooms that open on to the pool area. These have double vanity units and separate shower and bath. The 3rd bedroom is closer to the villa entrance. It has a single vanity and shower.
Mullins 5 is completely air conditioned and also has ceiling fans throughout. There is a well equipped, kitchen. This is fitted with large fridge/freezers and ice maker. There is also a dishwasher and microwave. In addition there is a blender, coffee maker and panini press for a quick bite.
